We recently had a new system installed by Donnie, Paul, and a couple of other Gulf Coast personnel. This was after an excellent consultation by Steve, who helped us determine the right system for our home. Everything about the installation was first rate. The team arrived promptly at 0830 as promised, worked steadily through the day finishing around 4:00pm, and did an outstanding job, replacing our 17 year old system with a modern Carrier system. Polite, professional, knowledgeable – just what we hoped for. We selected Gulf Coast Air based on A+ BBB ratings and a strong recommendation from a neighbor. I can now pass along a similar strong recommendation for others – Thanks Gulf Coast Air!
I want to Thank Jay for his exceptional service, what should have taken him 30 minutes to service, took him an hour and a half , after recognizing that the drip line was clogged with calcium deposits, he used a hose and was able to unclogged it. I am so grateful to him , as someting so simple, could have caused my drain to overflow and back up. Jay Thanks so much for your patience, as a result I was able to make my flight the next day. I will continue to have my system serviced with Gulf Coast Air, and going forward I will take the advice on a monthly bases, never realized how important it is.
My wife and I were very impressed with the young technician, Luke, who did an outstanding job servicing both of our Trane air conditioners. He explained what he was doing and why, which was very informative. He made sure both ACs would continue to perform well during the upcoming extended summer season we have here in central Florida! Kudos to Luke and Gulf Coast Air!

Hello – I recently received service from Gulf Coast Air and wanted to share my experience, which was truly outstanding! We have a Mitsubishi split system which suddenly stopped cooling. We contacted the company who had installed it years earlier, however, after several service visits they were unable to diagnose the problem and repair the unit. About a year and a half ago, Gulf Coast Air had installed a brand new Trane system for us which we were very happy with so we decided to call them about the Mitsubishi issue. Our first contact was with Shauna the receptionist/scheduler who coordinated the service visit. She was very personable and polite, leaving messages, returning calls, etc. We then had Matt as our service technician. He introduced himself, set to work, and soon after explained that a wrong part had been ordered. I expressed my concern as to how that could have happened and am sure my growing frustration showed after several rounds with the initial company (which Matt wasn’t even aware of). Matt could not have been more polite, empathetic and downright determined to fix our issue. He contacted the manufacturer, ordered and tested more parts and ultimately brought Mike to the final service visit and together they fixed our system! We could have easily spent several thousand dollars replacing this system had we not contacted Gulf Coast Air for service. Instead, we paid a very reasonable price for a repair. Thanks to all – especially Matt – for a job well done! We will call you for all of our AC needs in the future and recommend you highly!!
The technician kennith was great…but i paid for an extended warranty 10 years ago and tried to get the unit repaired this week only to be told by GC that they couldnt repair it right away today because the coil was unavailable…

Kenneth did a great job servicing my AC system. He’s friendly, personable, respectful, and knowledgeable. Very pleasant experience. I don’t like that Gulf Coast charges a lot more than other companies, but I keep having them to the maintenance tune-up because they’re the ones who installed the system. but that has nothing to do with Kenneth providing outstanding service.
Both of my units were not cooling properly. Carson quickly diagnosed the problems on each unit. Unfortunately we had to wait for parts to be ordered, but he and Jay returned and did a great job of getting us cool again. Both of them, as well as any technician we’ve had in our house, have been friendly, polite and professional. I have used Gulf Coast over the last 14 years and have been very pleased!.
Follow up call from Gulf Coast Air Systems wanting to know if my service went well, answer was yes. Then I was asked what they could do to improve their service. It took a minute to answer that all important question. Honestly I can’t think of a thing. The technicians I have had over the years have all been very efficient, polite and helpful. When I needed service I was helped promptly. An excellent company to use for maintenance and repairs.
