Marco, the service technician was very through and obviously knows his HVAC business. Gulf Coast is very customer oriented and makes a point of documenting with photos every detail of the service they do. Their periodic inspection and maintenance service is especially worthwhile. It can save you quite a bit of money and assures that there will always be someone available in the even of a problem or breakdown of equipment.
