Garvin Washington has been maintaining and servicing our 3 A/C and 3 gas furnaces for multiple years. An outstanding technician, knowledgeable, professional and possess’s excellent personal and communication skills .Highly recommend this HVAC company and particularly Garvin. We have had our unit looked at by coastal and both times the technicians were very professional and polite. Our unit is older so they are great a keeping it serviced. Always inform us of what they’ve done and anything that needs replacing or repairs. We would highly recommend them for your AC needs.

The tech had to go into the attic access (which is in our master closet) to check the HVAC filter and he left a lot more of debris all over the rug and surrounding areas. He should have informed us so we could have put down tarp prior to the service. Otherwise, he was nice and would’ve given 5 stars.

Nathan (Gulf Coast Air) is not only a world class A/C technician he is timely...announced his arrival 20 minutes prior to arrival but he was incredibly knowledgeable, wasted no time, highly skilled and quite polite. I can highly recommend Nathan as well as Gulf Coast Air and their scheduling team.
