I've been a customer of Gulf Coast Air Systems since 2008. I had a new AC system installed a month ago. I noticed it was noisy after a couple weeks. A few days ago it was diagnosed and parts ordered. Michael came out this morning (right on time, like always) and replaced the motor, fan blade and put anti vibration pads under the heat pump. The result is an almost silent unit. Wonderful! Michael is a terrific technician, very thorough and professional. Great job! The Gulf Coast Air Systems folks are professional, friendly and have always done a good job for us. I would recommend them to everyone looking a good AC provider.

Gulf Coast Air has been our A/C system maintenance company for years (we are "Comfort Club" members!) and they service our system twice per year. It is always a pleasure doing business with everyone there, from the nice people who answer the calls to the A/C technicians who come out to do the work! Everyone is very friendly and professional and all of the A/C technicians are very thorough in their work....consistently top notch. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with their level of service and highly recommend Gulf Coast Air to anyone considering companies for their A/C system maintenance and repair.I want to give extra kudos to our most recent technician, Ronny Portela-Vera - he is super friendly and he takes a truly uncommon level of pride in the quality of his work in this day and age! Brandon show up on time, he was very professional, listen actively to the issue with AC unit. He ran diagnostic on the whole unit inside and out. Give recommendations how to fix the unit. Then started fixing the issues immediately. All good now. Highly recommended! Our A/C technician, Ronny Portela-Vera, was the most thorough technician we’ve ever had. He cleaned everything he was supposed to and spent more time on our maintenance than anyone has done with Gulf Coast over the last 22 years we have used them. Have used gulf coast air systems since 1985, they not only install but also maintain my unit through a service agreement. They are always responsive and arrive at time scheduled. This time I had a new unit installed and dealt with Amari, who went above and beyond to keep my cool until my unit arrived (yes COVID-19 has effected them).
