I have been working with this company for 6 years now. I am so happy. They have all been wonderful to work with. The service team is the most responsive and thorough I have ever worked with. Scheduling is a breeze. They provide me the best service appointments quickly and always call to schedule my 6 month maintenance. I suggest getting on their yearly maintenance plan. Ronnie is the best repair technician I have come across in this industry. He is now like family to me. He is thorough and honest. He takes the time to explain everything to me. He is fastidious, knowledgeable, honest and personable. He treats me with courtesy, patience, understanding and respect. He is very respectful of how I keep my home. I highly recommend this team.

We have had our unit looked at by coastal and both times the technicians were very professional and polite. Our unit is older so they are great a keeping it serviced. Always inform us of what they’ve done and anything that needs replacing or repairs. We would highly recommend them for your AC needs.
