HVAC System for Our Veterans
The Gramatica Family Foundation was founded by the Gramatica brothers to help severely wounded veterans and their families transition from the battlefield to the home front. Together with their sponsors, they provide the materials needed to build our veterans new homes in the Tampa Bay area. This Monday, August 1st, The Gramatica Family Foundation is honoring US Army Staff Sgt. Justin Lansford with a special wall raising ceremony.
SSG Justin Lansford deployed with the 1st Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division in Iraq in 2010 and in February 2012 to Ghazni, Afghanistan. Lansford’s truck struck an IED and flipped over. The truck crushed Lansford, resulting in the loss of his left leg, crush injuries and nerve damage to his right leg, a ruptured spleen, damage to his liver and pancreas, two collapsed lungs, a broken back and burns to his right arm among other injuries.
Gulf Coast is proud to be a part of the building of SSG Justin Lansford’s new home. We designed, engineered, and will install the HVAC system in the home and hope it will assist in bringing comfort to the Lansford family. All of us at Gulf Coast are truly honored to provide these services to one of our nation’s heroes. We pride ourselves in being active in our community and for improving the lives of the people in it.
